Pierre Heumel was successively Parliamentary Attaché, Chief of Staff of the Mayor of Saint-Omer, Deputy to Public Finance and Housing of Saint-Omer of which he knows every square centimeter! Involved in the establishment of the Remarkable Heritage Site alongside F. Decoster (current Mayor of Saint-Omer), he is now working as part of the Helman Patrimoine program to develop commercial offers with tax advantages in Malraux or Historic Monuments to allow everyone to invest by paying less tax in the restoration of the estate heritage of Saint-Omer.

Peter Tear was born in Scotland. He discovered Saint-Omer when he was 11 years old, to come and learn French, and he has always remained in love with the Region. Today, after an impressive career in London and New York, he is developing Helman Immobilier's network of British and American partners and takes care of all the agency's English-speaking clients... as a true gentleman!
